Assessments built around how systems actually fail

Specialized practice areas plus full-spectrum security services, each scoped to your architecture rather than a checklist, each delivered by the consultant who performed the testing.

AI & Agentic Security Assessments

Adversarial testing of LLM applications, RAG pipelines, and agentic systems: prompt injection, tool abuse, data exfiltration, and the failure modes that only appear once a model can act.

  • LLM applications & chat interfaces
  • RAG pipelines & vector stores
  • Agentic systems & tool use
  • Model APIs & inference endpoints
  • Training & fine-tuning pipelines

Penetration Testing

Manual, objective-driven testing of web applications, APIs, and networks (internal, external, wireless, and physical), built on hands-on consulting experience since 2018, not a scanner with a report template.

  • Web application testing
  • API testing
  • Internal network testing
  • External network testing
  • Wireless testing

Rapid Assessment

A fixed-price, five-day internal network assessment focused on the quick wins and heavy hitters (the handful of issues that give real attackers their first foothold) at a fraction of what the larger firms charge for the same depth.

  • Name resolution & relay exposure
  • Kerberos abuse paths
  • Privileged access architecture
  • Credential & secrets exposure
  • Endpoint & detection controls

AI-Assisted Penetration Testing

Agentic AI accelerates reconnaissance, enumeration, and evidence correlation across an engagement, run through isolated infrastructure: Amazon Bedrock in a dedicated environment, or a private model on in-house bare metal when nothing can leave the building.

  • Reconnaissance & attack-surface mapping
  • Evidence correlation & attack-path building
  • Payload & test-case generation
  • Report drafting & reproduction steps
  • Exploitation & validation: human-led, always

Continuous Penetration Testing Coming soon

An always-on view of your external attack surface (open ports, exposed services, web app changes, and cloud asset drift), flagged continuously instead of once a year, with findings and threat intel in a live customer portal. Currently in development.

  • Customer portal & findings dashboard
  • Attack surface monitoring
  • Web application change detection
  • Cloud asset integration
  • Automated reconnaissance

Additional services

Scoped on their own or folded into a broader engagement.

  • Purple Team Exercises

Collaborative, iterative exercises where offense and defense work side by side in real time, testing detections as they're built, not after a report ships weeks later.

  • General Security Consulting

Independent advisory spanning both offensive and defensive security: architecture decisions, tooling, program build-out, and a second opinion when it matters.

  • Risk Assessments

NIST CSF– and ISO 27001–aligned risk assessments that identify and prioritize risk to critical assets, with a roadmap leadership can actually act on.

  • Policy & Governance

Security policy, standard, and procedure development, or maturing what you already have into something an auditor, and your own team, can actually use.

  • Audit & Compliance Readiness

Technical preparation for SOC 2, ISO 27001, HIPAA, PCI DSS, or a customer security questionnaire: evidence gathered and gaps closed before the auditor asks.

  • Virtual CISO / Security Program Advisory

Ongoing governance and program leadership for teams without a full-time security hire. Retainer-based, scoped to your roadmap.

Common questions

Before you ask for a quote

How much does an assessment cost?

Engagements are fixed-price, set during scoping, and depend on the size of the attack surface rather than an hourly estimate. You get the number before you commit, and it does not move unless scope does.

Do you work with small teams and startups?

Most of our clients are small teams. A focused engagement against the part of your product that actually carries risk is usually both cheaper and more useful than a broad assessment of everything.

Can you work under our customer's security requirements?

Yes. We regularly work to requirements imposed by a client's enterprise customers, including specific methodologies, evidence formats, insurance, and NDA terms.

What do you need from us to start?

An agreed scope, written authorization from someone able to grant it, access to the environment under test, and a technical contact we can reach while testing is live.
